• Hood Pins REQUIRED: All aftermarket composite hoods require the use of hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages caused by not properly using hood pins .

• Heat Shield Required: A heat shield must be installed to prevent premature aging of the carbon fiber finish .

• Do NOT Use Gas Struts: OE gas struts place too much pressure on a composite hood. Use the factory prop rod or a compatible aftermarket prop rod .

• Careful Handling: Always close the hood gently. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack .

• Professional Installation Recommended: Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. For the best possible fitment, professional installation is recommended .

• Washer Nozzles: Modifications may be necessary for correct fitment of the OE windshield washer spray nozzle system .
